I have (3) NEW Ty-Flot Inc Brand 30 Inch Inflatable Bag Plugs. 
The plugs are natural rubber with white poly covers.
Includes inflation hose with tire valve size inflation point and brass Tee with 3/8" pipe plug.
Ty-Flot Part # is INFBP130. All hold air.

Were included in a auction lot I purchased at Government Auction.
Assume they are used to plug 30" pipe have never used them.
