I apreciate your suggestion regarding the pictures attached; we will try to repair the rails with a welding procedure according to AWS D15.2. The rails is CR 135 (ASTM A 579). I'll try to use E 307-16.

Could you please give me suggestion to avoid the wear in the future. I'm looking the AREMA Manual to check design considerations.

The rails are used in our overhead traveling crane (with 60 tons capacity).
