Neat! So what happens out there at the end? It raise up and down?
Parent - By makeithot (***) Date 12-12-2013 00:50
Yes as you walk out the ramp goes down and lands on a float it was not in place when these pics where taken. there are lines and snubbers attached to the float so you can haul it down when coming from float side.

Very well done and, from the pics, very clean and professional.  Looks like a fun project as well as challenging.

Good work Richard.

Have a Great Day,  Brent

Richard did you do the fab work in you're shop then set it up on site. It looks like good workmen ship and it look's like it will be there for a long time. Something to take pride in and I see that you do.

yes all sections and columns were pre fab in the shop and many tribs back and forth to double check elevations and measurement. total install time with a crane barge was 6.5 hrs

Looks like a nice house, the little we can see of it.  Beautiful scenery as well.

Its just a cheap 5mil cottage, the client flies in couple times a year to hang on the beach when the sun shines.

Very cool project and nice craftsmanship from what I can see.
I envision upcoming youtube videos of skateboaders' flying off it and doing gainers into the lake.
