Anybody out there using Filson Double Tin clothe bibs or jackets while welding? Looks like some super tough stuff but not sure how it will hold up to what we do. Plus, I don't want to drop $250 on a pair of bibs and $400 on a jacket if it's going to end up shredded and burnt like a cheapo carhart. I've seen reviews of them taking a hit from a chainsaw, oil field guys commented on them as well.

None of them are welders though. Wanted to see if anybody here has used them in our conditions.
