All most metal as Al calls it but this is .063 5052-H32 aluminum welded with ER5356 filler metal the weld is taking off on both sides and sent back to the machine shop and put in a roller to form a grove all around the part.

Looks good, but, do you have a 'macro' setting on your camera? Once set on it, when you focus it will stay focused on parts that close.
