I have a little project that involves 1.25" radius bends on 7/16" nitronic 50 rod. I have bent nitronic60 with a torch in an application that was not critical before without problems but with the part I am making now failure could be fatal. Is heat bending stainless steels in general and nitronic 50 in particular a bad idea? I always electropolish my parts before service. My other options are to send out of house to bend or machine a special die for my bender. Thanks for the help
