any ideas on braiding/twisting torch hoses..thanks

I reckon you mean water cooled tig torch leads? (got to have at least three lines to braid anything).    If you run them inside a cover I would not, just makes it easier to fix em.  If they are just out there yes I use to braid them cause it prevented getting snagged on stuff better then just zip ties.  You will lose a bit of length and it always seems you end up with extra at the end....braid kinda loosely, don't over do it and you still need a zip tie say every 2 ft or so.  It is far better though to put them in a leather cover, extra weight yes but you will find you will be replacing the lines a lot less due to snags and burns.

appreciate it tommy,, but I'm wondering how on oxygen acetylene hoses i see it done they say its easier to roll up it looks like its twisted but it don't untwist

seen it in the old days
ie the 1970's or 1980's
but not now
tough to find uncoupled hose

I have seen it a few times over the years but I am not sure how it is done. I wish I knew because it looks pretty cool !
