I posted links to some really good articles that are welding related and are primarily written for either the novice or rather, the non- metallurgist...
I hope you get something out of them because IMHO, the author is one of the best and most experienced in the Welding industry... So go check them out! :smile:

Thanks. The timing is perfect. I am actually putting together a program to train and qualify employees on materials. These articles will be good to ad to the curriculum.
