? Do the 2 to 3 weeks count as the test date. Or the actually day that the test reach Miami. I took my exam in Houston on March 9, 2014.

I took mine in February in waco. It was exactly 10 days when I received my confirmation email that I passed. It took another month to receive documentation and finally my stamp.
