Dear all ,

If my PQR is SS400 (JIS carbon steel) in Table 4.5 does not state about essential variable about base metal

1. can i write WPS qualified S275J0 (EN) or A36 or not ? i just changed base metal.

2. i understanded if impact test required Table 4.6 base metal is essential variable and check in Table 4.8 to changed base metal
