Can anyone offer me some help here. What are the rules for performing PWHT with pre-qualified WPS's. Is it as simple as addressing the parameters on the WPS?? What about performance qualifications? If someone is qualified on an identical procedure less the PWHT, can I assume that they are qualififed on the one with PWHT.
