Thanks. Coming from you guys I consider that a compliment. We also built the house so all the preplanning was in place to accommodate the railing package. It was indeed expensive but the client didn't want to ever mess with the deck. Time will tell but I think we achieved that goal. I doubt we'll ever come across a client willing to drop this kind of coin on a deck again. The house isn't anything to sneeze at either.  But the railing; Lord almighty, what a blessing.....
