CWI certification renewal (3yrs) fee

Hi Guys,
Recently (June'15) I've applied for my CWI cert renewal to AWS using my credit card. Though I've renewed my AWS membership on 16th April 2015 prior to launch my renewal application, certification department have charged me $685 instead of $470 as per revised fee schedule 2015 of Non-Member price. Could any body advise, whether there is any AWS policy which describes a minimum membership period to claim concession as member? Can I write for it anywhere?

I'm pretty sure there is no minimum membership period. I do wonder if they are having problems with membership renewals this year, I renewed my membership in June also, and am still getting "Final Notice" letters in the mail saying my membership is going to expire! I also have not received my new membership card yet. But when I log in to my account online, it says I'm good until next year...

Is anyone get officially answer from AWS?
I'm facing the same problem and I asked my agent in Taiwan but they just want to charge me more than 1000USD to renew. Does it make sense at all?
