Do any of you guys ever clean your leather sleeves? If so how do you do it? Mine are so sweat and grunge soaked that they are pretty stiff and getting brittle. I am not looking for a spotless clean I just want to get them back to comfortable again (yes I am being a puss) and hopefully keep them from disintegrating.

Try machine washing them on their own with liquid detergent. Then tumble dry them with two or three tennis balls thrown in with them. It makes quite a racket but keeps them from drying hard.

I bought a new set of black stallion leathers and the first job I was on with them was a 101deg and my sweat leached all the dye out of them and dyed my arms yellow.   I had the skin tone of homer Simpson for a week till I was finally able to get it all washed out.
