/ Cracking on 310 welding...

Hello everybody
We have a problem with a 310 butt welding (between 2 plates 310s, thickness 4mm and the filler metal ER310)
Cracking is produced after weld (both for GMAW and GTAW).
How we could do to avoiding '' cracking'' on welding ?
Please we need your advice.

Need more information like type of welding gas.

many other questions
is it cracking in the crater?
or the weld bead itself?
or both, and all over?
many questions need way more info
