I have a WPS with no PQR ..is this acceptable?

If all of the essential variables of the WPS are in conformance with Clause 3 of the standard, it is considered "pre-qualified" and does not need to be supported by a PQR.

Only true if the applicable code recognized the concept of prequalification. Many codes such as ASME, API, NAVSEA, and AWS D1.2 do not. Since this posts cites no specific code, how can one say "yes"?
