Hi. I'm Welding Process Doctor course student in South KOREA Pukung Univ.
I'm studying 'A study on Pocess Devleopment of High Deposition rate GTAW'
So Our Lab. have changed  Filler metal form. Not used round type filler.
We have used  non standard type filler metal.
This non stardard type filler metal have same composition like standard wire (SFA 5.9 ER316L)
Just different product form...
QW-404.23 is Essential variable. Change Filler metal type is round type filler.

If We want Change WPS. How can i change WPS?..

I don't believe ASME means going from round to flat/square as an essential variable filler metal type. If your using solid filler, and you change to powder, or flux cored filler, then your essential variables will change. Reading QW 404.23 should explain it for you. Most every GTAW solid electrode i've seen has a flat area with the electrode classification stamped on it. That's not a cause for needing a new WPS.
As long as your WPS states solid (or whatever it may be), and that's what your running, no new WPS is needed, be it round, square, flat, or triangle electrode.

How about different Filler metal shape?

That's what I said, but in a lot more words.
Filler metal shape is not an essential variable.
