AH yes,
The infamous NCCER bllsht test.
One of those things I have intentionally REFUSED to participate in.
I was however considering jumping thru the hoops and being an NCCER Trainer when I found out how MUCH one could make doing it!!! It was just TOO hypocritical though. Especially after having known some "certified pipefitters" that couldn't calculate the take off of a 6" 90° with a "Blue Book" in their hand.
Another burr under the saddle is the TWIC Card that is payable to a mega-defense contractor. I could almost agree with it if it were a tax or other Federal program.
Aint got one of them neither.

Never heard of
NCCER is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) education foundation created in 1996 as The National Center for Construction Education and Research. I have seen many 3 inch clear X Rays of welds that said that you could do structural welding on my projects.
