Great question,
I'm asking somebody smarter than me... If I get a response I'll share :)
My initial reaction would be "no"
Edit: And I would be wrong!
I was guided to think of it in the following way:
Fillets were prequalified (non-skewed) in 2010 and prior eh? Even though (F12) did not exist.
So keep that 2010 WPS in your pack pocket. (if you know what I mean) It would be a hard argument that 2015 would invalidate a compliant WPS.
Just to add some AWS fun to the topic...
Your Mission; should you choose to accept it; Find the outside corner joint profiles described in Fig 5.4 (F) within the pages of AWS A2.4 Standard Symbols for Welding Brazing and Nondestructive Examination.
I'll let somebody else turn this one into a dogfight :)
