Hello, everyone, does anybody know aluminimum alloy plate-fin heat exchanger ?

I am not sure is it possible to weld core by TIG with argon? i am afraid that heat dissipation will be  too fast and the energe will be not enough if only use argon:smile:

Are you a manufacturer or owner user of this equipment? WPS must be established and qualified prior to welding. If you are the Owner user and doing maintenance work, you should seek advise from the manufacturer of the equipment Or you may review the MDR to find out the welding process used during the time of fabrication.

You need to post up way more information and specific details ( grade/ thickness of material, process, etc.) being used just to even come close to being able to formulate any relevant suggestions to guide you...

Understand that we are not mind readers in here and whatever recommendations, or suggestions posted as a reply are simply that and NOT legally binding in any way... All we can do is to possibly giude you in the right or alternative direction...

Respectfully,
Henry
