Greetings! :grin:

I came across this website when searching for crafts using empty welding wire spools.
Just thought I would share my latest project with you, and maybe inspire a few of you to
make something similar. :cool:

I use those as ideal skillet holders in a camp fire.
You can either put it directly in the fire, or if you want to moderate the cooking heat, place it close to the fire and shovel an appropriate amount of coals into the spool.

Three 48-60 inch lengths of rebar and the four spools with centers cut out and then stack the spools & weld to rebar make indestructable tomato cages
