Looking for a current AWS CWI for a full time job in a manufacturing plant in South Dakota.
Duties are Welder training, certification, internal auditing, quality inspections, continuous improvement and cost reduction programs, weld defect root cause analysis, corrective actions, etc.

Intimate knowledge of GMAW structural steel in a high volume manufacturing environment a must.
Applicants must not be afraid to get dirty when necessary, like to teach GMAW efficiency best practices, not be afraid of cold weather in the winter (job is indoors).
