Hi,

I have completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer) from one of the university in India.
I have worked for one of the company for a year in boiler fabrication in india and 2 years in piping and equipment erection in production(Site Engineer) in UAE. I got experience in Welding, Fabrication & Erection both structure and piping. Now I just got selected as a QAQC Engineer in a new fabrication Company.

Does it necessary to do any Training/Certification/Qualification from AWS like Certified Engineer in Welding quality etc to get better growth.
and
am I Qualified enough to called as a QAQC Engineer with my existing BE degree certificates and new experience.( As each company has different requirements).

Thanking in advance.
Regards
