I have a miller welding machine, the Miller XMT 450 CC/CV but when I turn it on, the voltage on the screen is 30v and starts to decrease to 0 and then turns off. I was looking in the user manual, control cards and found that possibly could be the voltage comparator circuit. LM311. but I already changed and still does not work yet. Does anyone have the same problem or possible solution? Thank you
