Hello Everyone,

I have been trying to EB weld aluminium 6061 material with casting C355. But end up with constant problem of cavities formed on top of the weld bead and cavities measures more then .1 inch. There is no filler material used and depth of penetration would be around .5 inches.

I need your support and expertise to resolve this issue.
