HI everybody
we have a 32" gas line which its hydrotest has been completed but the line is not live and gas has not entered it yet. As some of pin brazing for cathodic protection has been left, the contractor is going to do it but we as Company need to know if any  hot working is allowed after hydrotest completion or not?
pipeline fabrication has done according to ASME B31.8 and API 1104.
It would be appreciated that refer us a code or standard
best regards.

What do you mean of Hot Working? welding, grinding works?
After the hydrostatic test completed, light grinding may be allowed but the pressure parts are not supposed to weld. Otherwise, you will need to re-hydrotest the line.
