Are you referring to the WC-8 Welding Preheat and Interpass Temp. calculator that Lincoln Electric put out years ago? Mine has a Copyright date of 1953 , print date is Jan. 1964 and the price was a dollar. But I don't know if you can still get them.

I don't know what kind of slide chart you are looking for, but I would contact the welding consumables manufacturers to see what they might have available. Often you can get the charts and info for free if you ask.
