Did you include ALL required paperwork in one envelop and send to Miami? 

You can either do a 'CWI quick check' on yourself on the AWS Main Website or go to 'My Account' on the main website.  When there look on the right hand side.  There is a block that says 'My Certifications'.  If it has gone through the date shown will reflect it.
