I need to know, what´s the methods and the apparatus for measure the content of ferrite in steels and welds joints?.

Thanks.

The methods I am familiar with are the Severn gage and the ferrite scope.

You can find more info at:
http://www.severnengineering.com/
http://www.fischer-technology.com/products/mp30.html

Also, I believe the AWS A5.4 and/or A5.9 standards have a very good discussion in their appendix on ferrite measurement in welds.

Call Elcometer, they sell a magnetic pull off gage for about $400. It is also possible to predict the ferrit content based upon the chemical composition. Read ASME Section 2 part C SFA 5.9 for information on WRC-88.

Good point Swift. He said "measure" and I wasn't even thinking about estimating ferrite number based on chemistry and the WRC diagram. There is a 1992 WRC diagram that is more recent.
