Does anyone know how long it takes to find out if you passed the part B exam for 9 year recertification?

About the same as for all the other exam takers on that date; 4-6 wks. Sooner if your lucky.
Prometrics or an AWS Test Site? No need to ask, if it had been Prometrics you would have your score as you left.
