What is the tube to sheet fillet weld procedure qualification requirements as per AWS B2.1?

I did not find any tube to sheet fillet welding qualification requirements only general fillet welding requirements are given. Shall i consider the same for tube to sheet also . does it not talk about the qualification range for tube diameter.
