Hi!

This is dale. I am new here.

I would just like to clarify something if my understanding is correct.

When a welder is qualified to weld T22, is he automatically qualified for P11 as well?

Given the provision on ASME IX QW-403.18 which says "except as permitted in QW-423 and QW-420". While QW-423 and 420 states that base metal is qualified from P1 through P15F.
