Hello everyone, sorry for yet another robotic welding post, its an assignment for our robotics class to try and get information about the robotic welding field and its opportunities it yields. My question is, what could give you the upper hand over someone else applying for the same job as you as a robotic welder.

Hey Devin,
Here are a few things:

1) Experience as a welder or robotic welder.

2) Programming knowledge of the specific robot the employer uses.

3) Enthusiasm.   Gung-ho, willing to learn, positive attitude etc.
