Good Morning everyone,
I am having some issues with a resistance welding machine on the shop floor,  The machine has just recently started to loose power up to 5 times a night (causing considerable amounts of unplanned downtime).  I recently made changes to the parameters about a month and a half ago and it ran fine up until recently (also in the past we ran more aggressive parameters with no issues).  I don't know if there is possibly to much draw on the bus line as we have moved many ped welders to that line but what has me confused is that it just recently began happening.  What I can tell you about the machine is it has a Roman Transformer (350 KVA), AC/CC and the Weld Controller is an Entron EN1001/P10-1800D/403.
