if a machine frames is fixed with cables and welding is done on the frame by taking care of the welding heat is not touching/propagating the cables.

is there any failure chances of electrical cables or components?

What type of machine are you welding? Does it have electrical components on board? If so, there is a potential for frying the circuits.
