On the inside for the cover for the wire feed and wire supply there is a chart for settings for various thicknesses of wire and steel.  Does anyone have one of those available?  Would someone who has one that is good and legible be willing to take a picture and eMail that to me, so that I can reproduce the chart.  Most of mine is beyond being readable.
  Thanks in advance.

If you are repainting/restoring, this reply is no help. However, if you actually want this chart to assist you in your welding, then I wouldn't bother. If you need help to get started, then you should just use one of the Miller weld calculators below:

https://www.millerwelds.com/resources/weld-setting-calculators

The settings you get from these, or the charts, are just approximations, and will vary from machine to machine, weldor to weldor, and weld to weld, etc. The most useful aid to machine setting is to learn, through practice, to control the major factors in what ever type of welding you are doing,  and increase or decrease those factors, one at a time, to maximize your weld quality.

In MIG (GMAW) welding, for example, there are 4 major factors: 1) Voltage, 2) Wire-feed speed (Amperage), 3) Contact to work distance, and 4) Speed of travel. If you need a perfect setting, vary these one by one in your practice, and soon you will learn to get to the "Sweet Spot" by sight and sound.

If you need more clarity, I have a couple of links to good photos of etched and welded samples illustrating each factor, that I can find.

Here are the excellent articles, by Jason Rausch of EWI, that illustrate the effects of of varying the 4 factors. Excellent charts and photos make everything clear!

Thanks so much.  I did find you links useful, but have been very negligent in getting a "THANK YOU" back to you.
I'm more of a novice welder that has spent most of his time on a buzz box, so this has been a learning curve.  Most of my work is repair work, so that also adds a bit of challenge to things.  However this old welder seems to be doing a good job.
  Again THANKS
