Hi all,

built up beam require CJP weld with cover 20 mm fillet weld size at both end of beam and fillet size 20 mm at the middle

I have prepare 2 WPSs

1) WPSs for FCAW at CJP weld to fill the groove (double bevel)
2) WPSs for SAW, 20 mm fillet weld full length

At CJP location will have combine 2 process (FCAW for groove & SAW for fillet)

In this case are still within the limitation of clause 3 or not?
Do we need to write WPSs with both process in one WPSs?
Do we need to qualify new procedure?
