When you are looking around the scope, some of them state that they are the prequalified and some are qualified, how do you look around them and figure them out?
Hi Dave, To be prequalified your situation must meet all of the essential variables spelled out in Clause 3. Read through clause 3 and you'll find them. Change anything and you have to qualify by testing.
