Dear Sir,
I am going to qualify the welder for FCAW process but i don't want to do mechanical test or RT. I only want to qualify the welder with UT. I have seen in ASMI IX QW-304 there is not mention anything about FCAW. But in table QW-355 showing that the essential variables are same. I don't know ASME are considering both are same or not. So, can i proceed the WPQR with only UT.
