Does anyone know where you can take a class on WPS / PQR's (specifically API-1104)?

When I took my CWI seminar the instructor (Ron Thiess) offered a class over this but, I've been unable to contact him.

I have a 3-day seminar coming up the last week of March on the subject of WPSs, how to document and how to qualify the WPS. The seminar is listed in the Welding Journal and Inspection Trends.

The seminar is called "The Atlas of Welding Procedure Specifications".
