Simple question: Should work fixtures be isolated from table/positioner in GMAW or RSW robotic welding applications?

Advantages:
  - Stable welding quality?
  - Less energy consumption?

Disadvantages:
  -  Lack of rigidity at isolation points
  - Complex interface between jig and positioner/table
  - Poor maintenance can lead to lack of isolation and variants in process parameters
