All, I have a Brand New API 1104 Manual as I was going to attend the Welding Inspection Class in Barton TX, due to issues I cant pursue this class and need to recoup some of the money spent to purchase this 21st Edition Sept 2013 with all 5-ERRATA's and the 2-ADDENDUMs.
