Hello all,

I am tasked with putting together welding estimates for 6" dia pipe with .375" wall thickness using TIG root pass and SMAW hot/cap pass.

I am looking for the simplest method to determine $/ft of weld that includes ONLY labour cost for fit up/welding and consumables costs.

Any suggestions/references would be greatly appreciated.
