Our spark testing is always carefully done using a high speed grinder, that's either in the hands of the least valuable man in the shop, or somebody on the verge of being terminated. Either way, if there's a spark... problem solved.

Spark testing for IRON identification is fine, and a fine art. Spark testing for evacuation.......problem solved.
