Looking for an interpretation of Table 3.7 > SAW Parameters > 2015 D1.1

Line item 21) For mechanized or automatic SAW, a change in the angle parallel to the direction of travel of the electrode > Increase or Decrease 10 deg.

Line item 22) For mechanized or automatic SAW, a change in the angle of electrode normal to the direction of travel > Increase or Decrease 15 deg.

They are very similar in verbiage except the terms "parallel" and "normal". In my experience "normal" typically is 90 deg or perpendicular.  Now I am looking for an interpretation of both to determine travel angle and work angle to.  Travel angle being the angle of backhand or forehand.

Am I correct in interpreting 21) as the Travel angle and 22) as work angle?

Is Travel Angle from -10deg to  +10deg, 0 being straight up and down at 0(could be 90 depending on who is looking at it)

Is Work Angle 75deg to 115deg, 90 being "normal"
