Hi gents,
Is there any information about "material delivery condition" in AWS D 1.1 (for welding variables)?

ilkinhasanov,
I would recommend that you purchase a current version of D1.1 and research your concerns. I have attached one paragraph, but there are others that would need to be looked at and assessed based on your needs.

D1.1 2015 6.1.2.1 Contractor’s Inspection. This type of inspection
and test shall be performed as necessary prior to
assembly, during assembly, during welding, and after
welding to ensure that materials and workmanship meet
the requirements of the contract documents. Fabrication/
erection inspection and testing shall be the responsibilities
of the Contractor unless otherwise provided in the
contract documents.

You would have to access the purchase order to see what was ordered and then review the certified material test report to see what was actually delivered.
