Certainly you can use the same PQR and WPS over many different projects. It does however depend on your actual weld, the format and information on your WPS, and also the customer requirements. Some clients require "job specific" WPS's. This means that the WPS must be made out for the specific job, and is only used once.
In addition, some client specifications call for a PQR qualification using the exact same heat of base material as that to be welded in production. This is not common, but is a company specific requirement for certain duties such as hydrogen duty.
