attached is a CWB MCAW plug weld data sheet.
Plug welds in the flat position with GMAW spray & pulse, GTAW and MCAW processes are prequalified.
This data sheet is for plug welds in 1/2" & 5/8" thick steel. But you can make your own to suit your situation.
It could be used for mis-located holes if the customers engineer approves.
