AWS B5.17 "Specification for the Qualification of Welding Fabricators" , and AWS QC17 2015 "Standard for Accreditation of Welding Fabricators for AWS Certified Welding Fabricator Program" are both free downloads on the AWS website. These standards define the requirements for a company's compliance with welding related functions associated with this endorsement.
