  Got call August 26. Ms Gio 305-443-9353 Ext 353 American Welding Society which I am a member of at 331 PM call me and we spoke for 2 minutes 26 seconds. She said that a book was sent to my most secure mail service at the General Post Office New York New York call box 1529 and returned to the American Welding Society as undeliverable. The post office staff appears to be blood related criminals with arrogance and contempt for law. Assistance in getting my said book would be appreciated. A heading of post office and electronic communication issues on your question menu would be helpful!
